9 bed apartment in the Grass market surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. The attractions of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle are a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Both Haymarket and Waverly station are within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. There is a left luggage facility at Waverly station. There is a regular bus service from the airport which takes 25 mins.

The property is on two levels with the open plan kitchen lounge diner, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom down stairs.

The comfortable lounge has a flat screen TV and 2 sofas. There are four bedrooms in the property and 3 bathrooms. The beds are zip and link so can be double or twins. There is a single bedroom and a room with bunk beds. In total the apartment sleeps 9 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and is very suitable for cooking meals. There is no washing machine in the property but there is a laundry room in the development which can be used any time. There is a key in the kitchen to unlock the laundry room.

Metered street parking is available from 8 30am to 6 30pm. Parking is free from 6 30pm to 8 30am and on Sundays. There is an NCP car park close to the apartment.

A 50% security deposit of the value of the booking is required on booking an apartment.

Rates: Sunday to Thurs £240 per night (3 night minimum), Fri & Sat (2 night minimum) £300 per night
