How long can you rent an apartment from Corporate Lets Edinburgh?
You can rent an apartment from a minimum of two nights all the way up to six months.
Do I get a discount if I book for a long period of time?
There are discounts available for bookings longer than a month. To qualify for a discount the full rental payment must be paid in advance.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
For shorter stays i.e. 7 nights and below, it is only necessary to provide a valid credit card for pre-authorisation. For longer stays a deposit of £350 - £500 will be taken.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (2.5% fee) other than American Express. We also accept debit cards, cash, cheque and bank transfer.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, all payments must be made at least 7 days in advance.
